Q: Can I enroll if I am not an attorney?
A: Yes. My Bankruptcy School is designed for attorneys, as well as legal professionals.

Q: Can I jump ahead and take the classes in less time?
A: Yes.  Upon registration, you can immediately login and access all classes in your chosen course(s).

Q: What materials do I receive once I enroll in the course?
A: First, you receive over $1,200 in free attorney and law firm tools.  Secondly, we have instructional videos that have been produced for students only; extensive printable materials, ongoing quizzes to check your progress, audios of previously recorded classes, plus additional tools designed to enhance your training experience.

Q:  How long can I access the videos and online classes?
A:  Your enrollment is good for a period of ninety (90) days from the date you enroll.

Q:  Can I renew if I want to remain a student after 90 days?
A:  Yes, all students have the option to remain a student after the 90 days for $99.00 per month. However, your credit card is NOT automatically charged. Instead, you need to contact us when you want to renew, and we will handle the transaction at that time. This enables you to be in control of the charges to your credit card.

Q:  Is it possible to sign up for the Chapter 7 class and add the Chapter 13 class later?
Absolutely!  In fact, you can upgrade through your student control panel and there is a discount for upgrading.

Q:  Student control panel?
A:  Yes, you can upload your photo, tell other students more about who you are and begin networking with other students through the Private Member Directory. In the future we will be adding private forums and other networking tools as well as additional benefits and discounts. Over the course of the next three months (as an enrolled student) you will be able to actually watch the exploding growth of MyBankruptcySchool as new videos and other tools are added on a weekly (sometimes daily) basis.

Q:  What type of training and support do I receive outside the online classes?
A:  All students receive ONE FREE HOUR of one-on-one training per month with Victoria Ring. Additional hours may be purchased for $99 per hour or $50 per half hour.

Q: What other topics do you cover in the course that are not listed on the website?
A: Every class is very intense and contains a great deal of information. Every video you watch will contain several tips and techniques to help you, also.  In fact, our materials are filled with so much information that most students need to watch the videos and listen to the audios several times to glean the intensity of the information provided in each lesson.

Q:  How were these training materials developed?
From 2004 through 2008, the developer spoke at various bankruptcy seminars and workshops nationwide. Additionally, many new bankruptcy law firms were developed, as well as law firm personnel trained. Finally, a set of training videos were developed that were sold nationwide to law firms and law firm personnel. These materials were updated and developed into the online courses you receive when you enroll in  My Bankruptcy School. You will not find better training materials on the preparation of the Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy petition anywhere.

Q:  May I contact other students?
As an active student of My Bankruptcy School, you have access to the Private Student Directory. This allows you to network with other students in your area.

Q:  Am I certified when I finish this class?
A:  No.  We are unable to certify attorneys. The only agency that has the ability to certify bankruptcy attorneys is the American Board of Certification.  However, we do provide a Certificate of Completion to provide you with credit for taking these courses, which do not include CLE credits.
